Token Weather terms of use

Effective date: 11 October 2026. Applies to the MIT open-source 1.0.0 edition.

Feida Wang, trading as RSI AI, maintains Token Weather. Original software uses the MIT License; these notes explain functionality and do not restrict it.

Numeric budget results are supplied-value arithmetic, not private ChatGPT context readings, real compaction policies, account allowances, pricing or enforceable spending caps. Check your estimates and separate task increases from output reserves. Forecasts cannot guarantee future behaviour.

Optional local weather needs compatible Codex records and a supported runtime. Unknown measurements stay unknown. Checkpoints operate in already enrolled workflows and can contain confidential notes; review privacy and sharing choices.

The publisher operates no shared MCP service; source publication does not establish directory approval. Software does not initiate purchases or call a paid model API. Your chosen host, model, network, storage or self-hosting provider may have their own terms/charges. Free future hosted operation is not guaranteed. No commerce workflow is offered.

The original weather page continues collection until explicitly stopped. Chat moving stays off; hook alerts in the separate local package need /hooks review.

Support uses public GitHub Issues. Do not submit private records or secrets. MIT warranty and liability provisions apply to original software. Contact and data controls are described in the support/privacy documents.

You may use, modify and redistribute the MIT source under the licence. If you operate a remote instance for other people, you control that service and its disclosure of data practices, costs and terms. No managed hosting, uptime or remote deletion guarantee is provided by the source publisher.

Automatic local observations refresh advice; they do not authorise model/effort changes or new chats. These controls are disabled in this release. A zero paid-API implementation does not control unrelated host/account charges or self-hosting bills.
